Attorney Thomas Wallin has been practicing law for nearly 20 years.  Over his decorated tenure as a successful litigant and trial consultant, he has handled thousands of cases I a number of practice areas including criminal law, mass torts, birth injury, medical malpractice and nursing home abuse.  Mr. Wallin attended the University of California at Irvine graduating Cum Laude prior to attending Southwestern University School of Law on the prestigious Paul Wildman Scholarship.  After receiving his juris doctorate, Mr. Wallin practiced medical malpractice defense at Elliot Snyder & Reid.  From there he went to work for the Riverside County Public Defender’s Office handling thousands of cases.  His caseload included extensive trial work and left him wanting to fight for the rights of those charged with crimes throughout California.

As the owner of a successful private criminal defense firm, he represented thousands of clients.  In 2014 he sold the business at a large profit and began pursuing his ultimate dream of helping law firms achieve their ultimate success through legal marketing, coaching and law office management training.

Mr. Wallin is a proud recipient of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers awarded by the National Trial Lawyers Association.  Additionally, he has been named a “Top Attorney” by Orange Coast Magazine and OC Metro Magazine. He is a Judge Pro-Tem in Riverside County, California serving proudly for nearly 10 years.  He is a current member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, Consumer Attorney Association, American Association for Justice, Consumer Trial Lawyers Association, Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and sits on the board of the Newport Harbor Bar Association.
